“Vendetta. I love your grandfather with all my heart, and I always will. I fell in love with him and not his title.” Vienna snaps a little. She’d heard enough of that bullshit during their engagement. The tabloids kept insisting that she did not love him.
“Okay!” She huffed, there was only a little left in her cup, but she wasn’t ready to finish it off yet. “Whatever you say. You love him, okay, whatever. No need to get all loud and stuff.” Vendetta shook her head as she glanced down at her glass, swirling the liquid around in it. “I just don’t think being a Snow puts me up on some sort of pedestal. I guess I just don’t think as highly of myself as you do.”
